1. Commitment to Net Zero
MyHealthcare Global, operated by Winters Grace Consulting Ltd, recognises the importance of reducing greenhouse-gas emissions and contributing to the UK's transition to a net-zero economy.
We are committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse-gas emissions by 2050 at the latest.
Our strategy is based on the principle that emissions should first be measured, avoided and reduced, with renewable energy and other practical interventions used to accelerate decarbonisation. Carbon removals or other credible mechanisms will only be considered for genuinely residual emissions that cannot reasonably be eliminated.
This Carbon Reduction Plan sets out our approach to measuring our carbon footprint, reducing emissions and monitoring progress.
2. Scope of the Plan
This Carbon Reduction Plan applies to the business activities of Winters Grace Consulting Ltd trading as MyHealthcare Global, including activities undertaken from or associated with:

The plan covers, where relevant:
Energy consumption at the trading premises
Electricity purchased from the grid
On-site renewable electricity generation
Heating and other fuels
Business travel
Employee commuting where material

Other relevant Scope 3 emissions
The scope will be reviewed annually to ensure that material sources of emissions are not omitted.
3. Carbon Accounting Methodology
MyHealthcare Global will calculate its greenhouse-gas emissions using recognised UK Government greenhouse-gas accounting guidance and the latest available UK Government greenhouse-gas conversion factors.
The 2026 UK Government conversion factors provide methodology for calculating Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions from activity data such as fuel consumption, electricity use and business travel.

Emissions will be reported in:
tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO₂e).
Where actual consumption data are available, activity-based calculations will be prioritised over estimates.
4. Organisational Carbon Footprint
4.1 Baseline year
Baseline year: 2026
As this Carbon Reduction Plan is being established during 2026, the first complete and sufficiently reliable reporting period will be used to establish the company's organisational baseline.
The baseline will be updated once complete annual consumption and activity data have been collected.
4.2 Scope 1
Scope 1 emissions are direct emissions from sources owned or controlled by the organisation.
Potential sources for MyHealthcare Global include:
Natural gas or other fossil fuels used for heating, if applicable
Fuel used in company-owned or controlled vehicles, if applicable
Refrigerant losses, where applicable

4.3 Scope 2
Scope 2 emissions arise from purchased electricity consumed by the organisation.
For 8 Rill Walk, MyHealthcare Global will record:
Total electricity purchased
Electricity generated by solar PV
Solar electricity consumed on site
Electricity exported to the grid
Electricity imported from the grid
2026 Scope 2 baseline: To be calculated from actual electricity bills/meter data and the applicable UK Government conversion factors.
Where appropriate, both location-based and market-based information will be retained where reliable supplier data are available.
4.4 Scope 3
Relevant Scope 3 categories will be assessed and reported progressively.
These may include:
Purchased goods and services
Business travel
Employee commuting
Business accommodation
Waste generated
IT and cloud services
Other material supply-chain emissions
The company will initially prioritise the Scope 3 categories required under the applicable Carbon Reduction Plan guidance and expand reporting where data quality and materiality justify doing so. PPN 006 specifically requires reporting of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions together with a defined subset of Scope 3 emissions.

Important: No estimated emissions figure will be presented as the company's verified carbon footprint. The baseline will be populated when supporting evidence such as electricity bills, fuel records and travel information is available.
6. Renewable Energy and Solar PV
MyHealthcare Global will maximise the use of renewable electricity at 8 Rill Walk where technically and economically appropriate.
Where solar PV is installed at the premises, annual generation will be recorded in kWh.
The company will monitor:
Total solar generation
On-site solar consumption
Solar electricity exported
Grid electricity imported
Estimated carbon emissions avoided through renewable generation
Solar generation will be treated as a key component of the company's carbon-reduction strategy, while avoiding double-counting of emissions savings.
7. Carbon Reduction Targets
MyHealthcare Global adopts the following organisational targets:

These are voluntary company targets designed to provide a clear decarbonisation pathway.
The 2050 commitment is consistent with the UK Government's requirement for suppliers under PPN 006 to commit to achieving Net Zero by 2050 at the latest.

8. Carbon Reduction Measures
8.1 Energy efficiency
MyHealthcare Global will:
Monitor electricity and heating consumption annually.
Avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
Use energy-efficient lighting and equipment.
Replace inefficient equipment when commercially appropriate.
Use smart controls and timers where practical.
Investigate opportunities to improve insulation and building energy performance.
Seek to achieve EPC Band C or better by 2035, where technically feasible, practical and proportionate.
8.2 Renewable electricity
The company will:
Maximise use of electricity generated by on-site solar PV.
Consider additional renewable-energy measures where appropriate.
Review electricity tariffs and renewable-energy procurement options.
Record annual renewable generation and consumption.
8.3 Low-carbon heating
When heating equipment reaches the end of its useful life, MyHealthcare Global will consider low-carbon alternatives, including appropriate heat-pump technology.
The objective is to progressively eliminate fossil-fuel heating where technically feasible and economically proportionate.
8.4 Business travel
MyHealthcare Global will reduce travel-related emissions by:
Prioritising virtual meetings where appropriate.
Combining journeys where travel is necessary.
Encouraging rail and public transport for suitable journeys.
Considering lower-emission vehicles where vehicle travel is necessary.
Recording significant business travel for carbon reporting.
8.5 Digital working
As a healthcare-focused consultancy, digital and remote working can provide an important opportunity to reduce travel.
MyHealthcare Global will:
Use video conferencing where appropriate.
Reduce unnecessary face-to-face travel.
Consider the environmental performance of IT suppliers.
Extend the useful life of IT equipment where practical.
Dispose of electronic equipment responsibly.
8.6 Procurement
Environmental considerations will increasingly be incorporated into purchasing decisions.
Where appropriate, MyHealthcare Global will consider:

11. Governance and Responsibility
Responsibility for implementing this Carbon Reduction Plan sits with the senior management of Winters Grace Consulting Ltd / MyHealthcare Global.
The company will:
Review the Carbon Reduction Plan annually.
Maintain supporting carbon-accounting records.
Review progress against the reduction targets.
Identify corrective measures where targets are not being met.
Update the plan when material changes occur to the business.
Ensure that future public versions contain the latest available emissions data.
12. Procurement and Public-Sector Contracts
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been structured with reference to the current UK Government PPN 006 Carbon Reduction Plan framework.
PPN 006 applies to relevant central-government procurements above £5 million per year, subject to the circumstances and exemptions set out in the policy. The Government guidance requires applicable suppliers to provide a CRP containing their carbon footprint, Net Zero commitment and environmental management measures.
